2. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed in-store, via our official website, through WhatsApp, or by calling our phone number.
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Payments can be made in full at the time of order or upon delivery using cash (Cash on Delivery), credit/debit card, or approved digital wallet, depending on availability.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• If an order is not collected or accepted within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to discard the order without refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once food preparation begins.
• Refunds are only issued for valid complaints such as incorrect, incomplete, or spoiled items, and must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the order.
• Refunds may be issued in the form of cash, bank transfer, or store credit.

• Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, or gluten.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

• Multiple offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
